Impact parameter analysis of exclusive anti pp (5.7GeV/c) and anti pd(4.72, 5.55, 9.3 and 14.6GeV/c) reactions
Description
Lower bounds for the root mean square impact parameter have been obtained for a set of 27 exclusive anti p induced reactions. A comparison between annihilation, production and coherent reactions is carried out. In order to see whether or not the lower bounds have a real connection with the actual impact parameter the production processes are analyzed by means of collective or multiparticle variables evaluated event by event
