Effect of thallium content on superconducting properties of high-tc superconductors

Description
A study was made on the effect of content of preparations of Tl2.0-xMxBa2Ca3Cu4Oy and Tl1.5-zMzBa2Ca3Cu4Oy compositions (M - In, In+Ga, Ga; z=0.0-1.3; z=0.0-1.0; δx=δz=0.1) on electrophysical and phase characteristics of corresponding superconductors. It is shown that a certain limiting thallium content, below which the superconducting properties are not manifested, exists in each case
