The G-parity violating decays phi→ππ, phi→etaππ, and phi→πω
Description
G-forbidden hadronic decays of the phi meson into the ππ, etaππ, and πω states are studied. Special attention is paid to the amplitude for the transition phi→rho, which plays an important role in these decays. The amplitude of the decay chain phi→ω→rho is analyzed in detail and its contribution to the interference parameter Z/sub π/ of the reaction e+e-→ππ is calculated. The relative probabilities B(phi→etaππ) = 0.35 x 10-6 and B(phi→πω) = 0.82 x 10-4 and the interference curves in the reactions e+e-→etaππ and e+e-→πω are calculated. The angular distributions are given
