On polymorphic transition of graphite-like boron nitride into cubic one

Description
The equility of Gibbs potentials of graphite-like and cubic boron nitride at 2000 K and 3.22 GPa was used to obtain the value of enthalpyof graphite-like boron nitride - cubic boron nitride transition at 0 K which was equal to -6.4±1.1 kJ/mol. It is shown that equilibrium line crosses the temperature axes at 780 K
