Susceptibility of slightly sensitized 08Kh18N10T steel to corrosion cracking at near-room temperatures

Description
Paper studies the susceptibility of 08Kh18N10T steel to corrosion cracking under its weak sensibilization at temperatures up to 30 Deg C. Steel is determined to remain susceptible to corrosion cracking under the studied temperatures at the sensibilization level lower sensitivity threshold of AM GOST 6032-89 technique. Conditions under which chloride impurities at steel surface may result in corrosion cracking at wet atmosphere are determined
Abstract (Russian)
Исследована склонность стали 08Х18Н10Т к коррозионному растрескиванию в условиях ее слабой сенсибилизации при температурах до 30 град С. Установлено, что при уровне сенсибилизации ниже порога чувствительности метода АМ ГОСТ 6032-89 сталь остается склонной к коррозионному растрескиванию при исследованных температурах. Определены условия, при которых загрязнения хлоридами на поверхности стали могут вызвать коррозионное растрескивание во влажной атмосфереAdditional details
