The value of low-dose segmental or total body irradiation in generalized disease of the lymphoreticular system

Description

The application of low-dose segmental or total body irradiation to patients with generalized malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma is discussed. The indications and irradiation procedure are presented in the light of a case report of a patient with generalized intra-abdonimal lymphosarcoma and no evidence of disease 5 years after treatment.
