Investigation of safety-relevant personnel actions and determination of necessary precautions for post-operation, decommissioning and dismantling of nuclear facilities

This report presents a method for the identification of safety-relevant work projects and for the determination of possible errors, the error consequences and possible error pre-cautions for decommissioning. Work projects include maintenance, plant modifications and retrofitting tasks as well as disposal and dismantling activities. Safety relevance includes both the nuclear safety of the plant and the radiological safety of persons and the environment. The scope of the work projects and the definition of safety relevant activities are the two main adjustments to results of the predecessor project 3606R02562. The method has two parts. In part 1 of the method, safety-relevant work projects are identified. In part 2 of the method, the identified safety-relevant work projects are broken down into individual actions. For these actions, possible errors, performance shaping factors, error consequences and error precautions are determined.
