Liquid helium freezing technique for isotopic analysis of μl samples of inert gases

A liquid helium freezing technique in combination with the Micromass 602C mass spectrometer fitted with the small volume inlet system is described allowing precise isotopic analyses of inert gases of sample volumes down to 0.02 atm cm3. (author)
