Radiation chemistry of xylenol orange in aqueous solutions
Creators
- 1. Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay (India). Div. of Radiological Protection
Description
Radiation chemistry of xylenol orange (XO) has been studied in aqueous solutions at different acidities. Both G(H2O) and G(XO) increase with the increase in acidity of the solution. Hydroxyl radicals as well as H atoms decolourize xylenol orange. 6 refs., 2 figures. (author)
