Process for the manufacture of powder which can be sintered from lithium metasilicate Li2SiO3 and its use
Description
According to the invention lithium metasilicate is produced by spray drying a suspension of SiO2 and LiOH at temperatures between 200 and 4500C and by clacining at 500 to 10000C. The sintered material is suitable as breeder material for fusion reactors for the manufacture of tritium. (MM)
