Description
The results of experimental investigation of evaporation of isotropic graphite, TaC0.8 and TaC1 are presented. Using the combination of laser heating with millisecond pulses and time-of-flight mass spectrometry the evolution of vapor composition of the substances with temperature was investigated. For the first time relative partial pressures of different vapor species over solid and liquid TaCx and isotropic graphite at temperatures above 3500 K were measured along with the corresponding enthalpies

В работе представлены результаты экспериментального исследования испарения изотропного графита, а также TaC0.8 и TaC1. С использованием комбинации лазерного нагрева миллисекундными импульсами и времяпролетной масс-спектрометрии было изучено изменение состава пара этих веществ в зависимости от температуры. Впервые измерены относительные парциальные давления отдельных компонентов паров над поверхностью твердого и жидкого TaCx и изотропного графита при температуре выше 3500 К и рассчитаны соответствующие энтальпии испаренияAdditional details
