Heats of vaporization and standard heats of formation of rare earth mononitrides

Description
Heats of vaporization are given for rare earth mononitrides. Those for LaN(s) and GdN(s) employ free energy functions obtained from data given by Viksman et al., and those for HoN(s), SmN(s), ErN(s) and YbN(s) employ rough estimates for the free energy functions of their nitrides. Heats of vaporization are predicted for the other rare earth nitrides and their standard heats of formation are given. (B.D.)
