Description
1-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-3-(methylamino)propanol hydrochloride, a potential antidepressant, was synthesized by a two-step method in the [3H]-labelled form with specific activity 12.5 mCi/mmol suitable for drug metabolism and disposition studies. (author)
