On prospects of hydrogen-oxygen plant utilization in power engineering
Creators
Description
The problem of peak covering and night decarese compensation in schedules of power system loads is discussed. Various variants of utilization of hydrogen-oxygen plants (HOP) developed in different countries in order to solve this problem are considered. The conclusion is made that the highest effect of HOP introduction may be achieved by their application for covering peaks of load schedule, however not more than 1000 hours per year
