Are you familiar with the ROeV (X-ray ordinance) and the MPG (medical products law)?
Description
The contribution reproduces a catalogue of 30 questions with which radiologists may test whether their knowledge is up to date with the latest legislation referring to their profession. The catalogue is in the form of a multiple-choice test, but the solutions given are not restricted to mere answers but also encompass information explaining the legal context. (orig./CB)

Es werden 30 Fragen an radiologisch taetige Aerzte gestellt, mit deren Hilfe diese feststellen koennen, ob sich ihr Wissen zur Roentgenverordnung (RoeV) und zum Medizinproduktegesetz (MPG) auf aktuellem Stand befindet. Der Aufbau der Fragen und Antworten entspricht dem Multiple-Choice-Prinzip. Die Loesungen sind textlich so gestaltet, dass sie nicht nur die eigentliche Antwort liefern, sondern auch ihr rechtliches Umfeld erkennen lassen. (orig.)Additional details
