Description
Amorphous hydrogenated silicon-nitrogen and amorphous silicon-carbon thin films are of great importance for optoelectronic applications. The Modulated Photocurrent method developed at the University of Mining and Metallurgy is useful tool for defect states examination in photosensitive semiconductors. (author)
