Po2, PCO2 and indices of acid-base balance in the blood of rats under immobilization, acceleration and irradiation with ionizing radiation
Description
The rats were exposed to +10Gx acceleration, irradiation with total exposure dose 12,9x10-2 C/kg and immobilization for 16 days, administered separately and in different mutual combinations. Tolerance to each mentioned factor was obtained by changes of gasometric parameters as well as those of acid-base balance in the blood. Summation effect of acceleration, immobilization and irradiation was found. The changes of pressure of the respiratory gases in the blood as well as of the parameters of acid-base balance are the greatest under the combined action of all three factors. (author)
