Radiation processes in crystals
Description
A system of self-matched equations for three stages of radiation damage - dynamic, diffusional, and drain evolution has been developed by generalization of the available theoretical papers that cover physical processes in pure and impure metals. Some specific cases are considered, in particular the dependence of extraction radius on time
