On the orthorhombic to tetragonal phase transition in YBa2Cu3O7-x

Description
The heat of partial reduction of YBa2Cu3O7-x as well as the partial heat of oxygen in the compound was determined. Measurements were carried out at several temperatures. The results indicate three distinct phases under the range of conditions studied. The enthalpy difference between the phases has been deduced as a function of composition at the temperatures studied
