Search for color suppressed B meson decays

Description
The authors report results on a search for color suppressed B decays using approximately 1.0 fb-1 of data collected with the CLEO II detector. The color suppressed modes discussed here are: B0→D(*)0π0, B0→D(*)0ρ0, B0→D(*)0η', B0→D(*)0η, and B0→D(*)0ω. Branching ratio measurements for the modes B0→D(*)-π+, B0→D(*)-ρ+, B-→D(*)0π- and B- →D(*)0ρ- are also discussed. Finally the authors present measurements of the Bauer-Stech-Wirbel (BSW) parameters |a1| and |a2| and show that the sign of a2/a1 is positive, in disagreement with the extrapolation from charmed meson decays
