Description
Under 1100 Deg C temperature and 8 GPa pressure using NaVO3, V2O5 and Cu2O one prepared new Na0.25Cu0.75VO3 cubic syngony perovskite-like bronze with 7.2517(1) A cell parameter. The compound is characterized by metallic type of conductivity with abrupt variations of polytherm of electrical resistance over 200 Deg C and potential phase transition under 280 Deg C. One studied thermal properties of bronze at air and in helium atmosphere under normal pressure
Abstract (Russian)
При температуре 1100 град С и давлении 8 ГПа из исходных регентов NaVO3, V2O5 и Cu2O получена новая перовскитоподобная бронза Na0.25Cu0.75VO3 кубической сингонии с параметром элементарной ячейки 7.2517(1) А. Соединение имеет металлический тип проводимости с резкими изменениями политермы электросопротивления выше 200 град С и возможным фазовым переходом при 280 град С. Изучены термические свойства бронзы на воздухе и в атмосфере гелия при нормальном давленииAdditional details
