Die Bundesforschungsanstalt fuer Ernaehrung betreibt Forschung auf dem Gebiet der Ernaehrungs-, Lebensmittel- und Haushaltswissenschaften sowie auf verwandten Fachgebieten. Zu ihren Arbeitsschwerpunkten zaehlen auch die Bestimmung von Fremdstoffen und Radionukliden in Lebensmitteln sowie Lebensmittelkonservierung durch Bestrahlung inklusive der Dosimetrie. Die Ergebnisse der Arbeitsschwerpunkte werden kurz dargestellt. (orig./MG)
