Structure of tungstic acids and amorphous and crystalline WO3 thin films

Description

The structure of tungstic acids and amorphous and crystalline WO3 thin films was investigated by thermal analysis methods and Raman spectroscopy. It could be concluded that the structure of A-WO3 films consists of a layered type structure of tungsten hydrates and of a framework structure of tungsten anhydride
