Description
Full text: In the present work it was given information about the influence of gamma rays and also fast electron fluxes on electrical conductivity of the Pb1-xMnxSe epitaxial films as well as the comparative analyses. The samples were prepared on BaF2 substrates by molecular beam condensation and their crystal perfection was studied by electronographic, radiographic and surface morphology methods, also by atomic-force microscope
