Solid electrolytes Sr(Ba)6Nb(Ta)2O11 with structural disordering of oxygen sublattice

Description
Electric conductivity at alternating and direct current and ratio of ionic component of conductivity in M2O-M25O5 systems (M2-Sr, Ba; M5-Nb, Ta) are measured. High ionic conductivity of M62M25O11 compounds is shown to be conducted by structural disordering of oxygen sublattice
