Description

Investigations of spectra of electron energy characteristic losses (EECL) in Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x monocrystal and two Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x and Y2BaCuO5 - yttrium ceramics are carried out. The first one of ceramics is a metal and has high-temperature superconductivity. The second one - is semiconductor with no superconductivity. The conducted investigations have shown that values of electron energy losses both in ceramics and monocrystal coincide within the limits of measurement error. Both the spectrum form and the values of low-energy losses vary in Y2BaCuO5 ceramics. No effect of temperature within 30-300 K range on EECL spectrum of ceramics is detected. Three intense lines of electron energy losses near 13,25 and 36 eV are in EECL spectrum of Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x
