Development of a programmable fast pulse power supply

Description

A new power development program has been proposed in this paper. The pulse width is adjustable from 0.45 μs to 8.5 μs, and amplitude from 100 V to 300 V, while the pulse rise time is less than 30 ns. The results show that this new power supply has high stability and simplicity. (authors)
