Description
The beam-foil spectrum of nickel at 28 MeV has been analyzed in the grazing-incidence region. 41 transitions have been assigned between excited doublet states in the (n = 3) array of Ni XVI, yielding the energies of the 16 doublet levels belonging to the 3p3 and 3s3p3d configurations. (orig.)
