Description

We present a detailed electromagnetic analysis of a 3 MeV, 350 MHz, 30 mA RFQ for protons, using the two dimensional electromagnetic code SUPERFISH, and the three-dimensional electromagnetic code MAFIA. This includes the design of the end-cells with appropriate under-cut, to tune to the desired resonant frequency. (author)
