This issue is almost completely dedicated to the seminar organized by the Wim Drees Foundation for Public Finance on 23 November 2007 on the working programme 'Clean and Efficient. New energy for the climate' of the current Dutch Cabinet and the government spending proposed in the programme. Dit nummer is vrijwel geheel gewijd aan het seminar dat de Wim Drees Stichting voor Openbare Financien op 23 november 2007 organiseerde over het werkprogramma 'Schoon en Zuinig. Nieuwe energie voor het klimaat' van het huidig kabinet en over de daarin voorgestelde nieuwe overheidsuitgaven. Naast de inleidingen van enkele vertegenwoordigers van betrokken organisaties volgt een verslag van de paneldiscussie
