Measurement of electrical conductivity of self fabricated thin films of CdSe irradiated with neutrons

Description
Thin films of CdSe have been fabricated using vacuum evaporation technique applying stacked elemental layer processing the annealed films was characterised electrically before and after neutron irradiation. It is found that at 300 deg. C and 30 min annealing time, the conductivity is increased due to some defect levels found is band gap due to neutron dose. (author)
