Description

Normal-conducting high-gradient accelerating structure development has been carried out in KEK. We have fabricated CLIC prototype structures inside or conducted by KEK, and achieved enough high-gradient performance with accelerating gradients of 100 MV/m or higher for future linear colliders, such as CLIC. We also have been carrying out basic studies using single-cell test cavities aiming at much higher gradients. This report presents recent status and future perspectives of the related researches.
