The spin rotation parameters measurements as a test of the D13(1700) resonance formations in the pion-nucleon elastic scattering
Description
The spin rotation parameters A and R measurements in the pion-nucleon elastic scattering is practically the simple method to exclude the Barrelet ambiguities from the πN amplitudes. The necessity of the additional new πN elastic scattering experimental data in the D13(1700) mass region is discussed together with the previous PNPI-ITEP collaboration results in the M ≅ 1.9 GeV mass region.
