Description
A study was made on peculiarities of concentration dependence of intensity of spectral lines of elements in simple and complex-alloyed steels, including carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, molybdenum, vanadium and tungsten, when applying glow discharge (GD) to quantometric analysis. Linear dependence of line intensity on element content is presebved in wide range in most cases. For example: concentration range for Mo determination is equal to 0.17-1.03%. The installation for GD realization is described
