Radiative weak decays of hyperons

Description

Current-algebra techniques and Low's soft-photon theorem are applied to evaluate the amplitudes of the radiative weak decays of hyperons. The calculated branching ratio and asymmetry parameter for the decay Σ⁺→p+γ are in very good agreement with recently measured values.
