Instrumental activation analysis of chlorine through photonuclear reactions

Description
An instrumental analytical method for photoactivation analysis of chlorine as impurity or as major component in organic and inorganic compounds with a 25 MeV betatron is reported. The gamma-rays measurement is based on the use of a Ge(Li) detector. The minimum detectable mass is computed and the problem of interferences is discussed. (author)
