Description
Orthoferrite-based perovskites are of interest as materials for the cathode in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95FeO3-d crystallizes in orthorhombic phase and it transforms to another phase at ∼740 K. The above phase transformation was experimentally investigated by various techniques like differential thermal analysis, dilatometry and electrical conductivity measurements. (author)
