Description

Investigation into YBa2Cu3O7-σ ceramics with different content of oxygen (σ = 0.04; 0.47; 0.77) is conducted by the secondary ion mass-spectrometry method. Dependences of the yield of Me- and MeO-x ion shave on the oxygen coefficient value are ascertained. It is shown that a change of the shave of MeO-x type ion relative intensity is linked with the change of oxygen chemical bonds in hte oxial crystal lattice and oxide ion emission occurs according to the mechanism of the bond repture with the direct knocking-out of fragmented ions. The presented microphotos of the ceramics surface in certain ions demonstrate the homogeneity and the character of impurity distribution in the ceramics
