X-ray fluorescence analysis of bimetallic complexes on the basis of tantalocene trihydride
Description
Methods of X-ray fluorescence determination of metals in tantalocene trihydride complexes of Cp2TaH3·nMeHalm composition where Me=Cu, Mg, Hal=Cl, I, n=1 or 2, m=1 or 2 are developed. To obtain the form, stable in relation to the air oxygen and water vapours, the complexes were burut off up to metal oxides. Possibility of direct X-ray fluorescent determination is tested taking the most stable iodide copper-containing complex as an example
