Description

This paper discuss cumulative dose assessment for equipments qualification in the Reactor Building. The cumulative doses which become the basis for qualification of equipment qualification, are estimated in areas inside reactor building where major equipments are located, over the lifetime of the reactor during normal operating conditions and for a mission time of two months after accident conditions. This paper emphasizes that cumulative dose for normal operation is dominant over accident dose for qualification of equipments present inside reactor building. (author)
