Radiative lifetimes of ions from electron-photon coincidence measurements

Description
New threshold electron-photon coincidence measurements are presented which enable one to directly measure the lifetimes and fluorescence quantum yields of selected vibronic states of ions. Results are given for the (v100) v1 = 0, 1, 2, 3 states and a combination state of CO2+. (orig.)

Es werden neue Schwellen-Elektron-Photon-Koinzidenzmessungen vorgelegt, die die direkte Messung der Lebensdauern und der Fluoreszenzquantenausbeuten von ausgewaehlten Ionen-Vibrationszustaenden erlauben.
