Development of technology for formation of localizing coating adapted to clusters of lava-like fuel-containing materials of 'Ukryttia' object

Description
The developed mixture KOLOS was certified into conformity of localizing coating produced with its help on silicate surface with resistance requirements in relation to radiation ageing because of adhesia index. In order to produce a localizing coating on the surface of lava-like fuel-containg materials (LFCM) of the 'Ukryttia' Object, a procedure was prepared for laying of proposed KOLOS mixture using a special atomizer. The ability was investigated of coating formed on silicate surface with the help of KOLOS mixture and exposed by densely ionizing radiation flux to change its mechanical strain value in existing layers of that surface bordering with the coating
