Description
Interaction of positron with charge-transfer complexes of benzene-iodine and pyridine-iodine has been studied using Doppler-broadened line shape analysis technique. In both the cases the intrinsic electron momentum distribution spectrum shows a non-central component corresponding to the average momentum of the charge-transferring electron unlike in CCl4-iodine solution where the process of charge-transfer does not occur.
