Asymptotic method in the excitation theory of weakly inhomogeneous disk loaded waveguides

Description
The scheme calculating the electromagnetic field in weakly inhomogeneous waveguides is built up by applying the method of successive approximations and the excitation theory of homogeneous waveguides. This makes enable to generalize Vainshtein excitation theory onto inhomogeneous waveguides to calculate approximate fields.
