Positron study of electron-irradiated vanadium
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Fizicheskoj Khimii
Description
Radiation defects induced in vanadium during irradiation with fast electron (3.5 MeV) has been investigated by means of positron annihilation. A relationship between the mean positron lifetime and integral radiation dose was found. (author)
