Electron-exciton scattering in shielding conditions odf Coulomb potentials

Quantum mechanical problem of electron scattering on exciton in one-state model taking account of the electron exchange in conditions of the Coulomb potential shielding by free charge carriers is solved. Shielding effect on electron-exciton system virial coefficient is investigated
