Resonance Raman scattering in YBa2Cu3Ox monocrystals with different content of oxygen

Description
A study was made on dependence of Raman scattering (RS) of light on photon energy of exciting radiation in 1.96-2.71 eV range for optical phonon mode 500 cm-1 in YBa2Cu3Ox monocrystals with x = 6.2 and x = 6.7. Behaviour of RS intensity is of resonance character and is sufficiently different in two analyzed cases. RS intensity in crystals with x = 6.2 is maximal at 1.96 eV photon energy. RS intensity at x = 6.7 grows with increase of photon energy up to 2.71 eV. Relationship between resonance SR behaviour and peculiarities of dielectric permittivity is discussed
