Description

Details are given of agreements between Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. and the Commonwealth of Australia and E.R.A. and the Australian Atomic Energy Commission regarding the assignment to E.R.A. of interests in the uranium mining and milling activities in the Ranger Project area. The Commonwealth has agreed to sell and assign its share of concentrates of Ranger uranium ore and other mineral products and certain other rights and entitlements to E.R.A. The A.A.E.C. has agreed to sell and assign to E.R.A. its enterprise, its rights, obligations and duties under the Management Agreement and its interest in the authority. The terms and conditions under which E.R.A. has agreed to purchase and take these assignments are given. Also included are: (1) a deed to amend the Government Agreement between the Commonwealth, Peko-Wallsend, Electrolytic Zinc Co., the A.A.E.C. and E.R.A. and (2) the amended Government Agreement
