Dose mean values of energy deposition in tissue material for fast neutrons

Description
Calculations of microdosimetric dose distributions were performed for ICRU tissue site sizes of 10, 40 and 100 nm and the energy range of neutrons up to 20 MeV. The quality factor was also calculated as a function of neutron energy for the ICRP 21 and ICRP 60 data as well as plots of dose equivalent values against neutron energy. The results are presented in several figures. (A.K.)
