Analysis of physical parameters of structure with distributed potential
Description
The parameters of the structure with distributed potential are analyzed on the basis of real values of an electron velocity, accelerate field and geometrical dimensions of the structure. It is shown that nonlinear trajectories of electrons take place in distances of 0.02-0.001 mm from the injection point. Thereby and as a result of highly sensitivity of electron trajectory to initial conditions, it is technologically difficult to design devices based of the structure with distributed potential.
